Kerala Tourism Emerged as India’s Most Visited State Tourism Website in 2024-25
Kerala Tourism’s digital outreach hit a new milestone in the 2024–25 financial year, with its official website, keralatourism.org, emerging as the top-performing State tourism portal in India. According to analytics firm 'Similarweb', the site surpassed the Union government’s ‘Incredible India’ portal, which ranked second during the same period.
On a global scale, Kerala’s tourism website secured the second position among both travel and tourism websites and within the wider tourism industry category. The top spot across all three lists was claimed by Thailand Tourism, while Vietnam, Incredible India, and Indonesia followed Kerala in the rankings.
With a content-rich platform featuring over 100,000 pages, the website offers high-resolution photos, immersive videos, live webcasts, e-newsletters, and a comprehensive travel planner. Its user-friendly interface and support for more than 20 languages deliver a seamless digital experience to a global audience. The portal is developed and managed by Invis Private Limited, Kerala Tourism’s official IT partner.
Previously named among the top 10 tourism websites in the Asia-Pacific and Middle East, the portal drew nearly 10 million visitors and over 20 million page views in the 2023–24 financial year—further reinforcing Kerala’s position as a leader in digital tourism promotion.
