Ratheesh R. Nath, an educator with a techie twist, started crafting getaways for friends in 2009. With family support, his dream became Paradise Holidays!

In the year 2009, a visionary named Ratheesh R. Nath, once a dedicated educator and techie, envisioned a dream. He began crafting holiday escapes for his friends, a simple yet profound idea. Chairman & Managing Director

Ratheesh R. Nath, an IIM and Coventry University graduate, transitioned from a coveted job in TATA Motors to tourism entrepreneurship. With an IT background, he drove rapid business growth in tourism industry. As the Chairman & Managing Director, he leads Paradise Holidays with vision, also excelling in philanthropy, strategy formulation, and counseling.

Sreedevi Ratheesh

Director - Sales

Sreedevi Ratheesh, holding an M. Tech from Amrita University, joined Ratheesh after their marriage in 2011. Leaving her job as an Assistant Professor in an Engineering College, she found her passion in managing operations for Paradise Holidays. Her HR skills and enthusiasm made her a natural fit, and she's since become a role model in the industry. Apart from operations, she enjoys PR, teaching and training.

Consolidating and building on its position as a leading Tour Operator, Paradise Holidays is looking for a coherent widening of areas of presence, globally. H R Policy

At Paradise Holidays, we are committed to adopt the vision of UNWTO on Sustainable Development and Responsible Tourism. Our HR Policy has also been formulated out of this vision, so as to foster women candidates, especially those hail from the surroundings of our corporate office, in to the mainstream of the society. Paradise Holidays have a staff strength of 50, out of which about 96% are women employees. From Director-Sales to Executives, women candidates are placed in various posts, including key positions.
